Great staff. They were able to accommodate us for an early check-in. The property is grandeur of the past. It’s a truly historic and authentic Italian building. The decor is like the19th century. We had a harbor view king room with comfortable bed, large walk-in shower, robes plus slippers too. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices and good quality. It’s right in the center of historical buildings and the waterfront promenade right out front was wonderful. Perfect location to walk to many historic sites.

The location is ideal for anyone interested in the treasures of the old city. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was well equipped. The people at the desk were very pleasant and helpful. It seems clear that it is the best hotel in that part of Brindisi.

Beautifully decorated and spacious room. Very good breakfast although it is self service and lacks choice eg only scrambled eggs ...staff very helpful and friendly .

Beautiful hotel right on the seafront, We stayed just 2 nights b/b. The roomwas very comfortable and clean ,overlooking the sea, slightly dated but ,in a good way !! Breakfast was very good, lots of choices,,,we found the staff at the Grande Albergo really helpful ,polite and very friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here ,very central to all the sights ,city,restaurants all along the seafront, and an added bonus ,it has parking! Many thanks for making our stay enjoyable!!

Beautiful property on the waterfront. We had the harbour view king room. The decor felt like 19th century grande and I was transported back in time. It’s slap bang in the centre of historical buildings and walks. Parking was available for a 10€ fee.

The location was perfect and had a great view of the lovely harbor and across to the war museum, also a delicious breakfast with good quality product on offer.

Albergo is perfectly situated for a relaxing city break in Brindisi with loads of great restaurants and places of interest dotted along the Port and the old city a minute's walk away. The hotel is grand in every aspect with beautifully appointed suites and incredible views of the Port with Argonnes Castle guarding the entrance. Also, watch out for the super yachts, which come and go most days!

The location is excellent. Right on the waterfront surrounded by restaurants and bars. Our room was very large with a comfy bed and fantastic bathroom. The breakfast selection was very good.
